Terms & Conditions

1. Orders can be placed by Post, Phone, Fax and e-mail & by Website via PAYPAL.
2. When ordering with Tornado Sports by Mail Order, please send a cheque and write on the back of your cheque your guarantee card number and expiry date.
3. Write clearly your Name, Address, Post Code and Telephone Number and the goods that you require in capital letters. Do not forget to mention the size and the colour you require.
4. Terms are strictly payment with order.
5. All orders will be subject to carriage charges payable in full by the customer.
6. The goods will be dispatched by a reputable carrier, at a service of 72 hours (UK only). Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible.
7. Cheque payments will have to be cleared through the banks before goods are dispatched.
8. Third party cheques will not be accepted.
9. Customers will be charged £25.00 in the event that any cheque presented as payment be returned to our Bankers as unpaid for any reasons whatsoever.
10. Any charges incurred from debt recovery agency will be passed on to the customer.
11. In case of non-delivery or missing items, normal channels will be pursued before replacing or compensation is allowed.
12. Deliveries must be checked by customers before signing receipt from carrier. The company will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to condition delivered in.
13. Any damages or shortages must be notified within 3 days working of receipt of goods in writing.
14. Signed proof of carrier required where complete parcel is damaged or shortages of items.
15. Ownership of goods passed to purchaser when the full payment is received.
16. Where goods are lost, damaged or distorted after delivery and the ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided it has not resulted from our negligence.
17. No return goods will be accepted unless previously agreed by Tornado Sports Ltd. Returns under complaint must indicate invoice number and the reference number from tornado.
18. All goods are subject to guarantee against faulty manufacture and defective materials. Goods will be exchanged or credit note or monies returned only if goods are returned to us in good condition and not suffering from damage due to misuse or excessive wear. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
19. Description and prices are correct at the time of going to the press but many be subject to alteration. We reserve the right to invoice at prices ruling at the time of dispatch. Every effort will be made to notify customers of price increase prior to dispatch.
20. Goods are subject to availability.
21. Due to continuous improvement in the Martial Arts World, we reserve the right to alter specifications on products without any notice.
22. The actual products may differ from the photographs shown in our catalogue or online store but will be of a similar quality.
23. We do not accept liability for damage or injury caused through misuse of products purchased.
24. All contact sports involve an element of danger. Although the products within this website can reduce the risk of injury, no guarantee is given or implied and therefore the user assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the equipment and any injuries sustained.
25. VAT is charged to UK customers at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.
26. These terms supersede all previous business agreements.
